“Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.”- Fred Rogers

There are a lot of valid and reasonable feelings of fear, uncertainty, helplessness, and anger around current events, and there are many ways in which people are being affected. ICE raids and activity have a widespread impact, whether through personal experiences, secondhand experiences of friends, family or members of the community, or exposure to media.

Here are a few resources for children and families affected by ICE raids that may provide some support or guidance for navigating these heavy and distressing topics.

Let’s all do our part to take care of ourselves, our family, friends, neighbors, and communities ❤️
