Adult Therapy Services

Because adulthood is NOT all it was hyped up to be and should’ve come with a warning label or something…

We might be a good fit if

You’re looking for support with:

  • Anxiety can be a small, insistent whisper in the back of your mind or a raging storm that seems to consume your every waking moment. Whether you know what’s causing your anxiety or can’t even figure out what exactly you’re worried about, you can find relief. Whatever your level of distress, let’s get you out of your head and into the present, so you can live authentically and freely!

  • Have something from your past that’s still finding ways to rear its ugly head today? Trauma isn’t just what you experienced but also how you experienced it. It can be anything in your past that was too much to cope with, that made you feel scared, helpless, and/or overwhelmed, or that is still negatively affecting you now. Let’s work together to get you feeling unstuck and empowered, and help you access your innate intuition and capacity for healing!

  • Let’s be honest, who ISN’T stressed these days (or, more accurately, since the pandemic)? The world feels like it’s on fire and like nothing is okay, so it makes perfect sense that you’re not okay either. While we don’t have control over a lot of things that are causing stress, we CAN find ways to connect you to a sense of balance, purpose, and security that comes from within and will help get you through the chaos.

  • The only constant in life is change, and yet for many of us (myself included), change is HARD. It can be exciting and overwhelming and stressful all at the same time. Whatever your life change is (ie. moving homes, new relationship status, new stage in life, educational/career switches, simply starting over), I’m here to help you navigate the chaos and uncertainty of the future with hope and confidence as you step into your new role/identity/routine.

  • Members of the neurodivergent (ND) community, you are not just accepted here but celebrated and safe! You are welcome whether you have an official diagnosis or suspicions of being not quite neurotypical (NT). We’ll explore the how the unique way you function impacts your identity, relationships, and everyday life, and also unpack the challenges of being ND in a NT world. Using an affirmative-approach, I’ll work with you to learn how to embrace your unique strengths, unmask, and be unapologetically you!

  • We all have days when we’re not quite feeling our best or are self-critical. But if you’re finding that to be happening on more days that not, it’s probably starting to affect your mental health and how you go through life. Let’s dig deeper to the root of the problem and untangle those tricky thoughts and feelings. Along the way, you’ll connect with your strengths, learn to be kinder and more compassionate to yourself, and embrace a different outlook.

  • Parenting is one of the hardest and most thankless roles there is. Especially in today’s society where there’s an ongoing pediatric mental health crisis and parents are being held to unrealistically high standards, it’s no wonder that so many parents are struggling. Maybe you’re battling burn out from your child’s emotional or behavioral issues. Maybe it feels too difficult to regulate your own emotions much less your child’s. Maybe you’re experiencing stress, guilt, or anxiety over your decisions and responsibility as a parent. Maybe you’re not quite loving parenthood or are even feeling some regret over your decision, causing feelings of shame or isolation. Whatever it is, I’m here to listen without judgement and help you become the parent you want to be with practical skills and support that’ll help you get there.

  • Don’t fit into any of these categories? No worries! You still deserve support. Feel free to book a free 15-minute clarity call with me to share more about what you’re looking for to see if we might be a good fit. If I don’t think I would be the best person to support you, I will let you know upfront and am happy to send referrals for potential better fits if desired.
