I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Virginia and waiting for my application to be processed as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). I received my Bachelor's in Developmental Psychology and my Master's in Counseling and Development both from George Mason University. I work with children (4+ y/o), adolescents, and their families, as well as with young adults (18-26) to help them achieve their goals and improve their day-to-day lives. I am also an LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming therapist. Through an integrative approach to therapy, I combine my training, experience, and knowledge in different areas to create a unique and individualized treatment plan for every client based on their specific needs and challenges. My goal is to help my clients feel seen, heard, understood, and accepted for who they are where they are, and walk alongside them on their journey to healing and self-discovery.
